Our Founder

We have over 15 years of experience in the cleaning industry. We come from humble beginnings as we are a family of immigrants. Our story begins when our founder, Xochitl Farfan, who immigrated to the U.S. in 2000 and started working in the hospitality and house cleaning industry.

In 2003, she started her own house cleaning business and she did that for many years while raising her two sons as a single mother. Around 2016, she and her older son started a business to venture into the janitorial and commercial cleaning field. They did that for many years working as subcontractors with big janitorial companies. 

Right before the pandemic started, they decided to go out on their own as the big Janitorial companies were taking most of the revenue. It came to a point when they realize they would not be able to keep up with the increases in wages and inflation much less offer any benefits to the cleaners who work really hard to keep our clients businesses clean.

In early 2021, they parted ways with half of their business that did not make any financial sense anymore and that’s when they started Limpieza Cleaning Services LLC. While they still do some subcontracting, the main focus now is to manage their own clients.

As you can see, by working with us, not only do you get over 15 years of experience, you are also supporting a family of immigrants that have gone out on their own to ensure that we are able to to treat our workers right by providing them with decent wages and benefits.

Our story does not end here as we are working on investing in a better world through a number of upcoming programs that range from encouraging ongoing education to our current staff, to building products that allow our staff to be more efficient, and even helping special needs people enter the workforce and much more.
